I’m Cameron, a leadership and development specialist with over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams and driving people-focused change across industries, including healthcare, finance, logistics, and sport.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a pivotal leadership role at Europe’s largest diagnostic laboratory, overseeing operations for more than 300 staff and supporting the development of over 900 employees through bespoke leadership programmes, one-to-one coaching, and large-scale training initiatives.

Since then, I’ve channelled that experience into my work as a Leadership & Development Facilitator, specialising in helping new and emerging leaders build confidence, capability, and clarity. I design and deliver tailored workshops using proven methodologies such as LEGO® Serious Play®, Insights Discovery, and Talent Predix Strengths Coaching. I love to create engaging, impactful learning experiences that inspire growth and long-term change.

Recognised for my people-first approach and ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-changing environments, I’m committed to developing leaders who not only achieve results but also bring out the best in those around them.

Outside of work, life is a balance of sport, family, and adventure. I’m an avid football (West Ham) and golf enthusiast, and I love spending quality time with my partner, Hannah, and our baby girl, Mabel, who joined us in April 2025. Together, we enjoy exploring new places across Europe and often find ourselves returning to one of our favourite spots the beautiful city of York.
