BRICX OFFERS "TRAIN THE TRAINER WORKSHOP"
Learn to facilitate your own workshops either in house at
your organisations or with your own private clients using the
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology.
BRICX was created in May 2024 as a collaboration between
Jane Batty (Ripple People Development) and Sonya Homewood (Pebble People Development).
We both LOVED the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology,
but we wanted to bring our own personalities and 'sprinkle our own magic' upon it.
We are both certified as 'Advanced Facilitators and since
2022 we have:

Delivered to a total of over 3000 people

Worked with group sizes 5 to 500

Used in 1:1 coaching

Designed each bespoke session on;
desired outcomes, existing context, curated content,
business sector, culture, time and team dynamics.
